- Initial leptospirosis vaccine if indicated
- Bordetella vaccine for
kennel cough (optional) - Fecal testing (please bring a sample less than 6 hours old)
- Initial dose of heartworm prevention
- Consultation on the prevention of heartworm disease
- Discussion of health and development
Age 16 weeks
- Physical examination
- DHPP 3rd booster
- Leptospirosis 2nd booster
- Bordetella 2nd booster
- Rabies vaccine, rabies tag, certificate, and licensing information
- Discussion of health and development
- Next vaccines due 1 year later
Age 20-24 weeks
- Microchip identification (recommended)
- Surgical
spay for female puppies (recommended) - Surgical neuter for male puppies (recommended)
